Our statement of general policy is:

To supply our customers with the products and services they require we have developed a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Our objectives are

FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED accepts responsibility for continuously improving our level of service and delivery of our Quality Management.

FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED will measure and set targets for ongoing improvement, namely for the coming year;

• Implement quarterly complaints reviews
• Implement quarterly compliment reviews
• Reduce complimentary return visits for defective products or poor workmanship by 15%

In order to achieve this;

• The Company will comply with our Quality Policy.
• FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED will encourage the adoption of similar principles by its suppliers and subcontractors.
• The company will review this policy at regular intervals.
