Design & Technology

We can offer advice with regard to both new and existing mechanical installations to ensure your mechanical plant is working to its optimum ability.

We will provide a dedicated M&E Consultant to help get your project from conception to completion. We can also make introductions to suitable Architects, Interior Designers and PQSs to work in the client’s interests and keep the project on track and within budget.

Site Temporaries

We work directly with Main Contractors prior to commencing on site to ensure uninterrupted services and welfare facilities.


We are able to offer upgrades and retrofits to existing mechanical installations to ensure changes in the demands of the property are met.

Mechanical Fitout

We are able to review, install and commission Heating Systems, Public Health Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Building Management Systems and Underfloor Heating.


We offer a 24/7 emergency service to contract clients to ensure, whether they are in residence or not, any faults requiring immediate attention are addressed no matter the time of day.

Renewable Energy

Many of our clients are focussed on reducing their carbon footprint and we are able to offer alternatives such as solar energy, ground source heat pumps and hydro energy without compromising on system performance.

Preventative Maintenance

Our PPM team offer bespoke proposals tailored to the mechanical plant within the property and ensure routine visits are scheduled to ensure the minimum disruption to the occupants.

We are always happy to adapt our proposals and services to the individual client and the specific property, to ensure a smooth business relationship is formed and we are always keen for feedback as to how we can work best to suit the property and its occupants.

Reactive Maintenance

For our clients who do not wish to be bound by a planned preventative maintenance contract we also provide adhoc maintenance checks as and when required.

Whilst not always possible in the event of an emergency attendance, we aim to keep our clients appraised of the costs of consumables ahead of replacing them during planned visits and we pride ourselves on our tailor made approach, especially regarding private residences as we feel a softer touch should be adopted.
