Our objectives are

FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED accepts responsibility for the harmful effects its operations have on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them.

FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED will measure its impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement, namely for the coming year;

• Deliver carbon literacy training to 50% of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Raise awareness of TM44 amongst staff and clients.
• The Company with carry out a feasibility study into Carbon Zero initiatives.

In order to achieve this;

• The Company will comply with all relevant environmental legislation.
• The Company will implement a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance.
• FOCUS BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED will encourage the adoption of similar principles by its suppliers.
• The Company will actively encourage employees to utilize public transport during their working activities and will support them where ever necessary to achieve this.
• Refillable hot and cold drinking vessels will be provided to all staff.
• Packaging materials will be reused where ever possible.
• Waste materials will be recycled whenever possible.
• Environmental updates, along with toolbox talks, will be issued at appropriate times.
• The company will review this policy at regular intervals.
